"Great Kids" of the Chicago Park District
Results of a a three week workshop on peace, play, and writing produced a collection of unconventional valentine messages which were attached to paper flowers and given as gifts to strangers in Chicago on Valentine's Day. First graders explored where ideas of peace would take them; from family, to love, to home, and beyond. Have a peace valentine!
