I Love Life |
|
|
Maggie Majoue 4th grade, West Marin School, Marin County, California
I am thankful for the line that crosses the earth, my life and sun together. It shines like a star. It flows like a cold rippling brook- the time that I run away and the time I come back feeling blue, the fault I never took back, the courage I once had. I feel thankful for the song that makes me sing, the touch I never felt- an invisible love.
I am thankful for this beautiful world.

Peace |
|
|
Hannah Murphy
Peace is everything,
Even when there is anger.
You don't have to make peace,
'cause it's all around you.
Peace is what makes the world
Go 'round and 'round.
Peace will always be with you,
Even if you don't want it to.
Peace is like a rainbow:
It can be different colors:
Red, Blue, Yellow, or anything else.
Peace is also like a flower;
It can open and close.
This is what peace is. |

Erin Kavanagh
I offer you a Carnation of words;
For though divine love knows no lines nor fascination with form; I know peace follows thought. |
